User Agreement
The text below is our auction user agreement. These are the terms and conditions
required for for bidding.
1. All transactions must be completed within within 10 business days.
2. All property is sold as-is and all sales are final, neither Martinka or the Consignor makes any warranties stated or implied.
3. We reserve the right to reschedule or extend auction end times in the event of an outage or technical problem.
4. We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder or to withdraw an item at any time prior to final sale.
5. If we are prevented by fire, theft or any other reason whatsoever from delivering the purchased property, our liability will be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser and shall in no event include any damages.
6. While we've done our best to ensure accuracy and correctness, we are not responsible for typographical errors in descriptions or prices.
7. Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of all terms as posted on this site.
8. A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to all purchased lots.
